Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are effective since November 24, 2017. It was updated with additional clarification on December 7, 2022.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The server requires a genuine copy of Minecraft: Java Edition as well as a computer capable of running it. Joining the server is required to access the in-game perks that you purchase.

Payments to GunColony are payments for the virtual items contained in the purchase, which will be added automatically to your in-game account. All transactions is final and there are no refunds. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game bugs, or any other issues are subject to the final discretion of GunColony's server admins. If you would like to request a refund due to exceptional circumstances, you can do so by opening a ticket in our Discord server. All items are virtual and have no real world value.

If your account is banned for breaking the rules of GunColony, you will not be refunded. Players with prior purchases ("donors") are not treated differently to regular players under GunColony rules. Bans are subject to the final discretion of the server admins, and rules can be changed at any time.

Do not use the shop if your account is permanently banned from the server; it will NOT be unbanned and your virtual items will never be usable. There is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. GunColony has been online since 2015, and we will try our best to keep it running as long as there is interest in the server.

Any donations and purchases made on this store goes to the GunColony server owner.
